After making the decision to leave my high-pressured corporate career in pursuit of ‘something more’, Kundalini Yoga helped me understand the importance of living a balanced life.

Kundalini Yoga is a dynamic, powerful yoga that is designed to bring a deeper connection to your physical, emotional and spiritual self; this practice has been extremely powerful and life changing for me! 

I created this subscription with the goal of helping you Create Your Balance before you reach burnout. The truth is, balance isn’t something you find, it’s something you create. How we spend our days is how we spend our lives, so it makes sense to invest a little time creating balance for the most important person in your life - YOU!

These sessions helps to bring physical, mental and emotional balance to our busy lives from within, rather than relying on fleeting times of happiness or validation from external sources. It brings me so much joy and happiness to be able to share these natural & raw elevation tools with others, through Kundalini Yoga, Breathwork & Meditation.
