The Conscious Coffee Series
A seasonal series exploring coffee, caffeine, energy and connection.
Hosted by The Yoga Coffee Club in collaboration with Forest Edge Roasting and Dr Sammy.
A different kind of coffee series
The Conscious Coffee Series is a small-group, seasonal programme designed to help you understand your personal relationship with caffeine — while creating space to slow down, connect and enjoy really good coffee along the way.
Coffee is personal. How it energises you. Calms you. Wires you. Grounds you.
This four-part series is designed to help you understand your relationship with caffeine and coffee, whilst creating space to slow down and connect with others along the way.
Across the year we’ll gather inside the Forest Edge roastery for small-group experiences that blend coffee knowledge, nervous system support, honest conversation and genuinely good company.
Come to one event if something calls you. Or join the full journey and make it part of your year.
Join the full series across the year for £80.
Four gatherings across the year.
One consistent, welcoming space.
A deeper understanding of your energy and habits.
If you’re curious about how caffeine actually affects you — and you love the idea of having seasonal reset points in your calendar — the full-series pass is the best way to experience this work.
Includes all four events:
April: Breath & Brew slow morning
July: Roast & Recharge workshop
October: Brew & Belong cupping social
November: Offline & Unfiltered coffee session
Small group. Limited spaces.
Why this series exists…
Most of us rely on coffee every day.
Very few of us understand how it really affects our body, mood, focus and sleep.
This series is about becoming more conscious — not more restrictive.
You’ll explore:
how caffeine impacts your nervous system and energy
how different coffees and roasts affect you personally
ways to create calmer, more supportive rituals around coffee
the connection between caffeine, stress and rest
and how community and conversation change everything
Expect insight, warmth, laughter and genuinely lovely coffee - always without judgement or pressure.
