A slow morning of forest bathing, gentle yoga, and adaptogenic coffee in the New Forest
This is a morning designed to help you land back in your body.
We begin slowly, giving ourselves time to arrive before stepping into the forest together. Jess will guide a shinrin-yoku (forest bathing) walk - quiet, sensory, and unhurried — helping you move out of busy-head mode and into the present moment.
We’ll then arrive at a peaceful woodland space, where Jo will guide a grounded yoga practice. The focus is on simple, supportive movement that works with your breath and meets you where you are.
We’ll close with adaptogenic coffee — a gentle lift to carry you into the rest of your day, without losing that grounded feeling.

Everything is optional, and everything is adaptable.
Led by Jess and Jo
Jess creates spaces that help people slow down and reconnect, drawing on her background in psychology, meditation, and movement. Her approach is gentle and grounded in nature.
Jo, founder of The Yoga Coffee Club, brings an inclusive and down-to-earth style of teaching that focuses on feeling supported rather than getting things “right”. Her sessions are designed to help people reconnect with themselves in a realistic and accessible way.
Why it matters
Life moves quickly, and it’s easy to lose connection with ourselves in the process.
This is a chance to pause.
To breathe more deeply.
To move without pressure.
To spend time in nature and in good company.
Simple, but meaningful.
The vibe
Soft, slow, and welcoming.
There’s no pressure to perform, no expectations to meet. Just space to move, breathe, and connect - with yourself, with nature, and with others.
Calm, but easy. Structured, but relaxed
