Escape the summer heat and step into the cool, stone vaults beneath Southampton for a grounding and energising yoga experience, guided by Dani.
This Vinyasa flow practice invites you to slow down, tune in, and move with intention. Set to a playlist of smooth, soulful chill house beats, you’ll be led through a steady, breath-led sequence designed to quiet the mind, connect you to the rhythm of the music, and awaken your own inner flow.
More than just movement, this is a meditative journey - where breath, beat, and body come into harmony. The atmospheric underground space offers the perfect retreat from the world above, inviting calm, clarity, connection, and flow.
The practice weaves together grounding stillness, mindful transitions, and flowing movement from one pose to the next. You’ll also be offered space for intuitive, free movement- an invitation to be guided by your body and breath.
All levels are welcome. Whether you’re new to yoga or an experienced practitioner, Dani holds space with warmth and presence, encouraging you to explore stillness, rhythm, and restoration.
Built around 1350, we will be sharing this session in one of the largest wine vaults beneath Southampton, offering a rare and unique setting for us to move and breath.

*Please note: Access is via a narrow metal spiral staircase from High Street level, so please be careful when coming down to the session! There are no toilet facilities on site so please make sure you arrive all good and ready to go!
