Seriously Chilled: The Cold Moon Edition.

Breath, Ice, Fire & so much more…

We’re teaming up with the awesome Salutary Ice and Solace Sauna under the light of the Cold Moon to bring you a transformative evening of breathwork, cold exposure, heat therapy, and soul-level chill — all with that TYCC twist.

Ancient traditions often viewed this moon as a symbol of endurance and resilience. It's a beacon of hope during winter's harshness, reminding all to find light even in the darkest hours. The Cold Moon is a celebration of perseverance, gratitude, and the promise of brighter days ahead. Expect an evening that blends ancient practices with modern science; breath, cold, heat, sound, scent, that will take you on a journey that’s as uplifting as it is restorative.

Breathe deep, step into the cold, sink into the heat — and let your nervous system melt, reset, and reawaken.

What to Expect

Guided Breathwork + Ice Bath

  • Wim Hof-inspired breath journey to unlock calm, clarity, and courage

  • A supported ice bath immersion: Step into the cold, safely and powerfully, with guidance every breath of the way

The Solace Sauna Ritual

  • A 60-minute elemental sauna journey: moving through the “seasons” of heat and cool, silence and laughter, stillness and sensation.

  • Think: music, aromatherapy, whisking, tastes, mindfulness. All woven together into a ritual space where you can release, recharge, and remember what it feels like to be fully alive!
