This summer, we’re inviting you to move, breathe, and simply be in one of the most soul-stirring spaces in the South.
Held within the ancient stone ruins of Netley Abbey, an English Heritage site steeped in silence and beauty, this hour-long twilight yoga session offers something deeper than just movement. It’s about presence. Peace. And connection.
Led by Leoni, this is a soft, accessible session open to everyone – no yoga experience needed.
The tone is slow and reflective. It’s not a fitness class. It’s a moment of stillness, intentionally woven into a setting that can’t really be described – it has to be felt.
What to expect
You’ll arrive as the evening light begins to soften. With the ruins all around, and the sky shifting through golden hour, we’ll gently guide you through calming movement and breathwork. The aim is simple: to help you connect – to your body, your breath, and the history that surrounds you.
There’s something powerful about practicing in a place like this. The stillness is real. You’ll leave feeling grounded, spacious, and nourished in a way that lasts.
Please bring your own mat, water, and an extra layer for warmth.
