We’re teaming up once more with the incredible Salutary Ice and Solace Sauna under the energy of the Snow Moon to bring you a morning retreat of movement, ritual, reflection, and elemental transformation — all with that signature TYCC twist.

The Snow Moon is February’s full moon, named for winter’s heavy snow and the quiet strength it inspires. It’s a time of patience, endurance, and inner transformation — a moment to honour stillness while tuning into subtle shifts beneath the surface. This morning retreat, we’ll harness the power of movement, breath, cold, and heat to align body, mind, and spirit. Supporting clarity, courage, and renewal as winter begins to wane and the promise of spring's return.

Breathe with intention. Move with awareness. Step into the cold. Sink into the heat.

What to Expect

Coffee & Connection

We begin slowly, with coffee and conversation — a chance to arrive, settle, and ease into the space without rushing.

Yoga

A grounding, accessible yoga practice with Jo to wake up the body, soften tension, and prepare you for the experiences ahead.

Guided Breathwork + Ice Bath

  • Wim Hof-inspired breath journey with Corin to unlock calm, clarity, and courage

  • A supported ice bath immersion: Guided every step of the way, this is about awareness and presence, not pushing limits — an invitation to build trust, courage, and steadiness.

The Solace Sauna Ritual

  • A 60-minute elemental sauna journey with Bailey: moving through the “seasons” of heat and cool, silence and laughter, stillness and sensation.

  • Think: music, aromatherapy, whisking, tastes, mindfulness. All woven together into a ritual space where you can release, recharge, and remember what it feels like to be fully alive!

Event Details

  • Location: Lepe Beach Classroom & Sea Front

  • Time: 9:00 – 13:30 (4 hrs 30 mins)

  • Bring: Yoga Mat, Swimwear, towel, warm layers, water bottle, your favoriate coffe cup and an open mind

  • 9:00am — Coffee & chat

  • 9:30am — Yoga

  • 10:15am — Talk & WHM Breathwork

  • 11:45am — Ice Baths

  • 12:20pm — Sauna Ritual

  • 1:20pm — Closing circle

  • 1:30pm — Finish

Whether you’re a first-time ice bather or already obsessed with the sauna life, this evening is your invitation to pause, reset, and reconnect with yourself and the community around you.
