Join Alessia from Shantara Yoga at Bad Hand Studio in Bournemouth for a unique experience that combines a nurturing yoga class with a delicious social gathering, and of course the best cups of coffee in town!

We’re back at Bad Hand Studio with a new session, reconnecting our community and bringing our weekend ritual to life: movement, breath, and coffee.

Start with an hour of breath-led Vinyasa flow guided by Alessia from Shantara Yoga, followed by a coffee cupping session with Bad Hand Coffee. This morning is all about grounding, gentle strength, and connection — to yourself, your body, and your local coffee community.

What to Expect:

  • 60-Minute Yoga Class: A breath and body vinyasa flow, with juicy stretches and gentleness to start the weekend.

  • Bad Hand Coffee Cupping Session Included: Dive into the world of specialty coffee with a guided cupping session.You’ll get to smell, slurp, and taste different brews, discover unique flavour notes, and connect with fellow coffee lovers in a relaxed setting.

  • Relaxed & Welcoming Atmosphere: Leave your stress at the door and embrace a supportive community environment.

This isn’t just another yoga class. It’s a community moment, a soft but energising start to your weekend, and a way to reconnect with your body and local coffee culture.

  • A Space to Slow Down: With 8 years of experience, Alessia is passionate about creating a dedicated space to move consciously and breathe with awareness.

  • Supportive & Kind: This class is a warm invitation to connect with your body and stay curious. Every body is welcome exactly as they are, and no previous yoga experience is ever needed.

What to Bring:

  • Your own yoga mat - the studio does have spacres, and blocks and blankets

  • Water bottle

  • Open mind (and a love for coffee!)
